Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Prior to Charter
Eligible for: Complete refund minus service charges
Processing Duration: 5-7 business days
Service Charge: €50 for credit card transactions
Requisites: Must be communicated via email or telephone in written form
24-72 Hours Before the Charter's Commencement
Eligible for: Half the total cost of the charter
Processing Duration: 7-10 business days
Service Charge: €25 subtracted from the reimbursement
Requisites: A substantiated reason is required; administrative expenditures will be incurred
Less than 24 Hours to Charter
Eligible for: Refunds cannot be provided
Exception: Urgent conditions will be taken into consideration
Alternative: A charter credit might be presented at the discretion of the management
Requisites: Proof is necessary for emergency appeals
Weather-Contingent Cancellations
Our Weather Assurance
Security is our utmost importance. If our certified captain judges the weather as hazardous for chartering:
- Full Reimbursement: Offered when rescheduling isn't feasible
- Postponement: Reschedule your charter to an alternate date at no extra charge
- Voucher: A credit valid for one year from the date of the original booking
Assessment of Weather Conditions
Our weather evaluation includes:
- Analyzing wind speed and direction
- Checking wave size and sea state
- Examining visibility and precipitation outlooks
- Heeding Coast Guard advisories and warnings
- The safety verdict of a professional captain
Decision Making Timeframe: The choice on weather-induced cancellation is made no later than 4 hours ahead of the planned departure.
Refunds due to Medical Emergencies
Cases of Urgency
Emergency medical situations are understandable. Certain incidences may receive special consideration:
- Surgery or injury requiring immediate hospital care
- A relative's passing
- Unforeseen military orders or recall
- Selective service or court order
- Travel-disrupting natural disasters
Requirement for Documentation
For processing emergency disbursements, we require:
- A medical certification or hospital records
- A certificate of death, if relevant
- Official military directives
- Court summons or notice for jury service
- Travel warnings or declarations of emergency
Procedure: Process of emergency repayments is done within 3-5 business days after receiving the appropriate papers.
Cancellations due to Operational Issues
Technical Problems
If the yacht allocated encounters mechanical difficulties that are unresolvable:
- Substitute Vessel: An endeavour to supply a similar alternative
- Total Reimbursement: Provided if an appropriate substitute isn't available
- Partial Reimbursement: If the replacement yacht has varied pricing
- Reparation: Additional redress may be afforded for inconveniences experienced
Unavailability of Crew
In the rare case that certified personnel are not available:
- Replacement crew will be arranged where viable
- Total refund if the charter is unable to proceed
- Option to reschedule without extra charges

Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the initial mode of payment:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 working days
- Cash/Cheques: 3-5 business days

€50 fee for cancellations executed beyond 72 hours prior
Bank Transfer Handling
€25 cost for all bank transfer rebates
Foreign Transaction Processing
Additional expenses may be associated with foreign transactions
Credits for Charters
Instances When Credits Are Issued
Credits for charters may be extended instead of cash refunds under certain situations:
- Cancellations on short notice (under 24 hours prior)
- Cancellations due to weather concerns
- Voluntary changes made by guests
- Service interruptions
Conditions of the Credit
- Validity Period: 12 months from the date of issuance
- Assignable: Credits cannot be exchanged with others
- Value: Equivalent to the complete charter fee (service charges exempt)
- Use: Applicable towards any future charters that are available
- Expiry: No prolongations past 12 months
Partial Compensations for Service Disruptions
Obstructions in Service
If the service of your charter is halted or abbreviated owing to our oversight:
- A refund prorated based on the unspent period
- Voucher for a subsequent charter that is equivalent in value
- Complimentary upgrades or services
Interruptions Attributable to Guests
Should the charter be concluded ahead of time due to guests' behaviour or security violations:
- No reimbursement for the remainder of the time
- Full amount remains payable
- Possible additional costs
Settling Disputes
In the event of dissent with a rebate verdict, you are entitled to:
- Ask for an assessment from our managerial staff
- Submit additional evidence or documentation
- Seek assistance through consumer protection entities
- Engage in legal proceedings according to the law

Our team will acknowledge your application within 24 hours, appraise it based on our policy, return a decision within 48 hours, and perform any approved repayments within the stated time spans.

- All petitions for repayments should be presented in written form
- Repayments are conducted in €, regardless of the currency used originally
- Acquisition of travel insurance is highly advocated
- This refund protocol is subject to modifications with notification of 30 days
- Refunds comply with pertinent taxation and regulations
