What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Inclusions may vary — sunset cruises come with premium beverages and snacks, while corporate charters offer amenities such as meeting facilities and tailor-made catering services.
How far in advance should I book?
It is advisable to book at least 2-3 weeks beforehand to secure your reservation, particularly during the busy season from May to September. For businesses or private events, reserving 4-6 weeks ahead will ensure more options for dates and customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our priority is safety. Unfavorable weather as assessed by our captain will result in an offer either to reschedule on a suitable future date or to issue a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will inform you if adverse conditions are anticipated 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Guests are indeed allowed to bring their own edibles and drinks. We also provide superior catering options and can adapt menus according to your tastes. Please be aware that for safety, glass containers are forbidden on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We are committed to accommodating all our guests. Certain yachts in our fleet are more equipped for accessibility than others. Contact us with your needs at the time of booking, and we can guide you to the appropriate yacht and make any necessary preparations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations that are made more than 72 hours prior to departure will be refunded in full. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before departure will be refunded 50%. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours to departure are not refundable unless they are due to poor weather or mechanical issues on our part.
