3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Requirements for booking a charter include:

  • A minimum age of 18 years
  • Submission of truthful and complete details
  • The remittance of a deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation

3.2 Confirmation

A confirmed booking is solely validated upon our receipt of payment and subsequent issuance of written confirmation. We hold the discretion to decline service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability hinges on vessel accessibility and favorable weather conditions. Reasonable efforts shall be extended to accommodate your preferred schedule.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Pricing is denoted in € and encapsulates all relevant taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to modification without advance warning.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter, due upon booking
  • Final Payment: To be paid 48 hours before the commencement of the charter
  • Supplementary Expenses (if applicable): Payable after the charter's completion

4.3 Payment Methods

We authorize payments via major credit cards, wire transfers, and verified cheques. Payment procedures are conducted using secured and encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellation more than 72 hours prior to departure: Entire refund excluding processing fees
  • Cancellation between 24 to 72 hours before departure: A 50% refund is applicable
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should our captain adjudge weather conditions as hazardous, we propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter at no added cost, contingent on the availability of a subsequent date
  • Administer a full reimbursement if rescheduling proves infeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of mechanical difficulties with the designated vessel, we shall strive to supply a suitable replacement. Should no substitute be procurable, a full reimbursement will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are obliged to:

  • Abide by instructions given by the crew
